How do I confirm a showing?

– Please shoot us a call, text or e-mail the day of your showing prior to 10am to confirm it. 

Do you require tenants to purchase renter’s insurance?

– We do not require, but we do recommend it. 

Will I be allowed to sublet my apartment?

– No. 

What utilities are included? 

– Everything except electricity!

How far out in advance do I need to give a notice before moving out?

– 60 days

Are pets allowed?

– Cats are allowed. Each four-legged friend has a monthly charge. 

Is parking included with my unit?

– No, but if a spot is available it would be monthly fee. 

Does my unit come with an A/C unit? 

No, but it comes with an A/C sleeve and cover.
